Description of Services
Blinds Agents provides AI-powered communication services for window treatment dealers and installers, including but not limited to:
- AI voice agent for call handling
- SMS and email automation
- Lead qualification and management
- Appointment scheduling
- CRM integrations
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are due upon service activation. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our money-back guarantee policy. Overages are billed at the rates specified in your service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blinds Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
